A magical converted 18th-century lighthouse located on the edge of the picturesque village of Winterton-on-Sea, Norfolk.

A building with a rich history, the lighthouse was mentioned in Defoe's Robinson Crusoe and used as a lookout tower during World War II. The original tower has now been extended at ground level, with a simple glass and timber structure (the 'Garden Room'), which opens onto a cedar deck and garden designed by RHS Chelsea Gold-medal winner Christopher Moss.

The property has been widely photographed for publications including Vogue and World of Interiors magazine, and has been featured on Channel 4's 'Homes by the Sea'.
